When it comes to some of the most important tools that you will use as a mechanic, one of the difficult things about them is that sometimes, the most functional tools also happen to be the biggest, providing the most hassle to get around. While you could use work around these situations by using other tools that might be able to act in place of the bigger tools, there’s nothing like using just the right tool for the job and because that is true, companies and individuals alike have been hard at work, designing different mobile versions of these tools to make life a lot easier.

This time, we check out another mobile tool that might just be one of the coolest yet. As you probably know, having a lift is one of the ultimate items on the wishlist of just about any gearhead but you need a lot of space to put one in place. However, with this lift, that’s simply not true at all. In fact, couldn’t be any further from the truth as this mechanism is able to be transported around by van and lowered to the ground where it would appear to be moved by remote control until it’s in just the right place where it can lift up the car in question, making roadside service a snap.

If you follow along down in the video below, you’ll be able to see exactly how this mobile lift works as it’s put to the test, really showing us it’s true colors when it comes through, saving this car in the nick of time. While it might not be as trustworthy to some people as a regular lift, It’s certainly something that could com in handy if and when you really need it. I mean, if nothing else, anything beats having to jack your car up by hand!
